Our ALPHA summer program is for the competitive athlete that is looking to create separation during their summer break. This is a curriculum based program that covers: Mental Fitness, Self - Imagery, Speed Development, Physical Development, Coordination and Reaction Time.
All athletes will have access to our online portal with the purchase of one of our available packages. Athletes are expected to keep up with workouts in order to maintain the quality of our sessions and development.

Our program blends sports science, physical therapy, and elite coaching to maximize strength, speed, and resilience while reducing injury risk.
Every session is backed by science, data driven and built to prepare athletes for competition at the highest level - from high school to the pros.

SPARK builds strength, speed, coordination, and confidence through structured, age - appropriate training.
We teach athletes how to move well, think strong, and develop the habits that create long - term success - on the field and beyond.

Junior (Ages 6 - 8)
Foundations first - fun, safe, and age - appropriate.
SPARK Junior introduces young athletes to movement, coordination, and confidence through play - based training designed for their developmental stage.
We focus on teaching body control, balance, and discipline in an encouraging environment that helps kids build a lifelong love for training.

FIT - Functional & Intentional Training
FIT is an adult fitness program focused on building strength, improving conditioning, and creating sustainable healthy habits through intentional training.
Designed for all fitness levels, FIT combines structured workouts, accountability, and community to help adults move better, feel stronger, and perform confidently in everyday life.
