Summer Development
Our summer program is for the competitive athlete that is looking to create separation during their summer break. This is a curriculum based program, all athletes will have access to our online portal. Athletes are expected to keep up with workouts in order to maintain the quality of our sessions and development.

We focus on teaching body control, balance, and discipline in an encouraging environment that helps kids build a lifelong love for training.

Speed School (Ages 9 - 11)
Where young athletes learn the fundamentals that build real speed.
SPARK Speed School is a curriculum based training program designed specifically for developing athletes ages 9-11. This class focuses on the foundations of speed - running mechanics, coordination, posture, rhythm, acceleration, and change of direction - all taught in a safe, age appropriate format.
